Ranch Sales and Marketing Manager

Summary This dynamic hands-on and entrepreneurial position is responsible for delivering sales growth of a premium grass-fed beef business. This position also works very closely with the Ranch Manager to plan and facilitate on-site experiences for ranch guests and VIPs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead all sales and marketing activities, which may include:Craft and deploy high-impact social media strategies to increase audience engagement and community growthOptimize website performance and e-commerce operations to improve user journey and maximize checkout conversion ratesDesign multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awarenessGrow and develop strategic partnershipsDevelop and monitor performance KPIs to monitor sales growth, and ROI of marketing activities via Google AnalyticsManage and support Ranch events and customer experienceProvide planning, and both on-site and off-site support for customer eventsProvide hands-on support during events, including facilities preparation, hospitality, and cleanupCoordinate or perform tasks associated with events, which may include supply pickup, facilitating guest transportation or other related needsRecommended QualificationsExperience in digital marketing and strategy, and e-commerce platformsExperience developing custom events for a broad range of clients, up to and including C-suite personnel and executivesHands-on ranch or farm experienceProject management skillsStrong communication skillsA self-starter with resourceful thinking, and a willingness to do some manual laborWorking ConditionsRanching Environment with on-site lodging and guest facilitiesLocal travel as needed for support of ranch operations and hospitality duties - expectation is 20%Responsibility for Safety, Health & EnvironmentalIndividual is expected to perform job duties safely and in compliance with documentation outlined in the Safety, Health & Environmental system.QualityIndividual is expected to perform job duties in compliance with defined management system requirements.
