We have a phenomenal benefits package and company culture, widely recognized for being a great place to work!Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving efficiency in our processes. The ideal candidate will lead a team and contribute to the strategic planning and financial health of the organization. Excellent benefits are offered for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes.Ensure proper management of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to streamline purchasing and payment processes.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Conduct reconciliations of accrued accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA certification is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.Experience with accounts payable, procurement, and financial reconciliations is preferred.Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.BenefitsBonus: 8% (paid out quarterly) Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision401(k) & Profit Sharing (minimum ~4% upwards of discretionary ~8% based on company performance)Annual Merit increases (~4-7% annually for 75 years straight!)Gym Membership Discounts
