We are seeking a well-rounded technician experienced in refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves who can lead a team and provide expert support when needed. Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly to and from customer locations Attend annual Workshops for professional development for you and your small team. Achieve your annual labor goal and your team’s annual labor goal Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards  Complete all required Training Certification and OEM/brand technician training  Update work order status in a timely manner   Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an appliance repair technician, including sealed system proficiency  EPA (refrigerant handling) certification is required  Ability to use basic hand tools and industry diagnostic and repair equipment (Volt-ohm meter, Amprobe, CO detector, etc.)  Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with 5-10 years of driving experience  Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in the customers’ homes  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (if necessary) High school diploma or GED  Proficient in ServiceDesk or similar reporting systems About Us:Our business was founded in 1994 by an experienced appliance repair technician with ten years of corporate field service history.
