Our diverse portfolio includes challenging projects from simple building remodels to tenant improvement projects to complex structural alterations.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:o Project and Personnel Management, including maintaining client relationships, project staffing, and staff trainingo Design of nonstructural components, including architectural features and components, metal stud framing, equipment anchorage, and seismic bracing of equipment and MEP distribution systemso Structural evaluation and developing strengthening/retrofit designsWhy join us?Multiple medical plan options including PPO and HSADental and vision insurancePre-tax flex spending and transit plansPaid personal time offRetirement plans including 401(k) planContinuing education allowanceHybrid workplaceJob DetailsREQUIREDo A master's degree in structural engineering, or 5-year Architectural Engineering degreeo 8 to 10 years of experience working in the building structural engineering fieldo California PE license required, SE license or licensure in progress desiredo Strong project management skillso Experience collaborating with contractors and architects.o Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skillso Skilled with seismic design of building structures in concrete and steelo Skilled in seismic design of nonstructural componentso Solid analytical and detailing skillso Experience with assessment and retrofit of existing buildings (ASCE 41 and CEBC) preferredo Skilled with RAM, ETABS, SAP2000, RISA 3DDESIREDo Familiarity with OPDs and OSPs for HCAI (OSHPD) projectso Knowledge of 3D modeling programs such as Revit, AutoCAD 3Do Ability to navigate in NavisworksJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
