This role requires prior CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency in a production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately and efficiently operate CNC milling machinesAssist with machine setups, including loading tools and fixtures and touching off toolsProduce parts according to specifications and blueprintsMaintain strong attention to quality and production efficiencyUse calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracyPerform daily preventative maintenance (PM) on machinesClean and maintain all machinesMaintain a clean and organized workstation at the end of each shiftReport defective tools or equipment to the CNC SupervisorFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPEOperate forklift safely as trainedQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of CNC experience requiredExperience operating CNC milling machines such as HAAS, OKK, or similar preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsProficient with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instrumentsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsDependable work ethic and ability to work independentlyCommitment to safety and housekeeping standardsWhy Apply?Competitive pay: $20-$22/hourConsistent first-shift schedule with early Friday finishStable work environmentOpportunity to grow your CNC career#INDPRO
