About the job BI Performance Manager BI Performance Manager - Financial Services (Hybrid / Philadelphia, PA)Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)US Citizen / Green Card Holder onlyOverviewOur client, a nationally recognized financial services organization, is seeking a Business Intelligence Performance Manager to lead the development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-level BI reporting systems. This individual will drive data strategy across Finance, IT, and Operations building scalable dashboards, governing data flows, and enabling executive-level decision-making.This is an excellent opportunity for a BI professional with strong experience in Power BI, Planful, Boomi, and Snowflake who enjoys transforming complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesData Visualization & ReportingDesign and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reviews.Build executive-facing visualizations in Power BI that connect outputs from Planful with operational, HR, and financial data.Ensure reporting consistency, accuracy, and data governance across departments and systems.Lead cross-functional dashboard development initiatives integrating data from multiple sources, including Planful, ThoughtSpot, and Snowflake.Data Integration & ArchitectureManage integration and transformation workflows using Boomi Connectors to automate data movement between Snowflake, ERP, and HR systems.Develop scalable, governed data pipelines supporting enterprise-level reporting.Partner with IT and Finance teams to align data structure, financial modeling, and performance reporting.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a bridge between business and technical teams translating business needs into actionable BI solutions.Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, HR, and IT teams to deliver timely, accurate, and strategic insights.Provide training and documentation to empower business users with self-service reporting capabilities.Special Projects & AnalysisLead BI-related system implementation and data process improvement initiatives.Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support business strategy, operational reviews, and performance management.Define and refine KPI frameworks and dashboards that align with evolving organizational goals and leadership needs.QualificationsBachelors degree in Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.7+ years of progressive experience in BI, financial systems, or analytics, including 3+ years in a manager or team lead role.Proven success designing and deploying enterprise BI dashboards using Power BI, Planful, and ThoughtSpot.Hands-on expertise with Boomi Connectors, Snowflake, ETL workflows, and API integrations.Strong data modeling, SQL, and Excel skills; capable of navigating both structured and unstructured data environments.Experience in financial services, private equity backed companies, or transformation environments preferred.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.Why ApplyWork with modern BI tools and scalable architecture supporting enterprise-wide analytics.High visibility role supporting senior leadership and strategic decision-making.Hybrid work model with strong collaboration across Finance, Technology, and Operations.
