Supplier Quality Technician

As a Supplier Quality Technician, you will support quality assurance efforts by inspecting incoming parts, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards on the 2nd shift. What We Offer: * Pay: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour * $2,000 Sign-On Bonus * Paid Breaks * PPE Provided * Temp-to-Hire Opportunity (permanent after 6 months) * Health, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) with Company Match * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Referral Bonus Program * Reward & Recognition Program * Career Advancement Opportunities What We're Looking For: * High school diploma or GED (Associates or trade school preferred) * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills * Physically able to lift 26-50 lbs and operate hoists and power vehicles * U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship offered) * Minimum of 3 years in quality, supplier quality, or durable goods manufacturing * Availability for training on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and working on 2nd shift (7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Mon-Thu) * Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and SAP functions * Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and torque equipment What You'll Do as a Supplier Quality Technician: * Maintain and communicate Supplier Quality Feedback Loop (QFL) issues with visual documentation * Manage salvage area and initiate part returns to suppliers * Conduct dimensional and visual checks using precision tools * Perform boroscope inspections, dye penetrant tests, and surface defect analysis * Collaborate on root cause analysis and PDCA cycles with Production Quality * Initiate containment and corrective action requests with suppliers using 8D tools * Document and track quality notifications using SAP * Interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications * Support weekend teardown projects and other special assignments * Provide departmental training (SAP, quality systems, salvage processes) * Promote compliance with the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct
