You'll be part of a caring team that values respect, inclusion, and individualized support for every person we serve. ?? What You'll Do Provide person-centered training to help residents develop life, social, and self-care skillsSupport residents in participating in community activities, recreation, and wellness programs Model and encourage positive behavior, communication, and independence Work closely with nursing staff, therapists, and case managers to ensure consistent support Document progress, goals, and activities according to care plans and regulatory requirements Celebrate every success - big or small - and bring a positive presence to each day ?? What You Bring A genuine desire to improve quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills Experience in caregiving, direct support, or teaching preferred (we provide training!)
