The Banquet Food Server is responsible for serving guests food and beverages in a positive and timely manner, while collaborating with staff to ensure a smooth event. Duties: * Provide friendly and accurate service throughout the event. * Inspect the banquet rooms prior to events to ensure they align with the banquet event order. * Assist Captains in getting the room count to the Banquet kitchen. * Maintain knowledge of Peppermill amenities, particularly with public space facilities. * Ensure Banquet rooms and storage areas are kept clean and organized. * Report low supply inventories to management. * Report any maintenance, cleaning and repair needs to management. Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years of age. * High School Diploma or G.E.D. * Two or more years of food serving experience. * Knowledgeable of food, wine and fine dining etiquette. * Must be able to service a buffet food line to ensure the highest quality of food is maintained. * Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills. * Must be able to work independently in a fast-pasted environment. * Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
