This is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Houston, TX.Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office; 1 day working from home JOB SUMMARY: Perform routine administrative tasks to support collections group and liaise with Branch and HQ Management on overdue accounts.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Comply with all safety, health, environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the positionPromptly record cash receipts in SytelineLiaise with customers on status of outstanding invoices and reconcile statement of account to AgingLiaise with Branch staff, Sales staff and HQ management on collecting overdue amountsInvestigate EDI issues between Company and customerPrepare detailed Aging reportsMaintain paperwork related to customer sales tax exemptionPerform data entry and other clerical dutiesWork with Open Invoice software.Special projects or assignments as directed by managementEDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:4-5 years B2B collections experience requiredMust have experience using various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platformsHigh school diplomaExperience with Open Invoice softwareOil and Gas industry experience preferredCERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None requiredJOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Advanced Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables), advanced communication skills, intermediate mathematical skills, and intermediate reasoning skills.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No supervisory responsibilitiesDisclaimer: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position.
