Human Resources Manager (HRIS)

Pay Rate Low: 130000 | Pay Rate High: 110000 Growing Health & Wellness company is seeking a HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Title: Human Resources Manager Salary: $110-130K Location: Los Angeles, CA This is a hybrid position (Must be onsite 3 days/week) Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Direct Hire Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles. Onboard new employees, ensuring smooth orientation and training. Provide guidance on HR-related issues and foster a positive work environment. Resolve conflicts and performance issues fairly and promptly. Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and ensure competitive packages. Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews. Develop career paths, training programs, and succession plans for key roles. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize company events. Manage HR systems (HRIS, payroll) and produce regular HR reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred). 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a mid-sized or growing company. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, particularly in the nutraceutical industry. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
