With a focus on innovation and quality, we take pride in our diverse portfolio of products that reflect our commitment to excellence.Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Packaging Designer to help lead the development and maintenance of all trays, carton, and can layouts across our product portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining all packaging layouts, as well as ideating and supporting innovation projects. The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of the beverage industry, and a solid grasp of current packaging trends. This designer will help ensure our packaging is both compliant and visually compelling while maintaining accuracy across all printed formats. Key Responsibilities:Create, update, and maintain tray, carton, and can layoutsGenerate forward-thinking ideas to support future innovation and evolving packaging requirementsEnsure all packaging meets regulatory requirements for the beverage categoryReview proofs and prepress files for accuracy, consistency, and print readinessStay informed on industry trends, printing capabilities, and material innovationsMaintain organized files and documentation for all packaging assetsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar fieldCreate impactful packaging and brand experiences that resonate with consumerDrive creative development from concept to execution, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistencyStrong technical skills in layout development and prepressSolid knowledge of beverage labeling regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlinesStrong communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams and vendorsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design toolsCompensation Estimated Base Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000 USD.Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.Stateside Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, genetic information, national origin, disability, uniform service, veteran status, age, or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law.
