With a legacy of excellence and innovation, we specialize in high-performance electrical systems for Hyper Scale data centers, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial environments.Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience in Hyper Scale data center and/or industrial electrical projects on manufacturing, semiconductors and/or water treatment facilities. This role demands a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects (Hyper Scale data centers, industrial facilities)Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocationCoordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure alignment and qualityOversee safety compliance, risk management, and change ordersDrive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfactionPrepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholdersQualifications5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projectsDirect experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities (semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, water treatment etc.)Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologiesExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferredPMP certification or equivalent is a plusBenefits Vacation/PTO 1 Medical 2 Dental 3 Vision 4 401k 7 Bonus 6 Relocation 5 Telecommute 10
