This Attorney will have experience in municipal transactional law, including drafting ordinances and resolutions, advising on open meeting laws, land use and planning, conflicts of interest, free speech regulations, public safety issues, election law matters, and other issues impacting public agency clients. Experience handling public meetings is essential.
