What You'll Do:What You'll Do:Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Swim Team Coach, you will:Plan and lead swim team practices.Organize and coordinate swim meets in collaboration with the Shenandoah Valley Swim League.Supervise practices and swim meets, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all participants.Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and league representatives.Enforce pool safety rules and respond to emergencies as needed.Represent Frederick County Parks & Recreation with professionalism and enthusiasm. What We're Looking For:What We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum of 18 years of age.Must possess certifications in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR.
