Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Legal Support II with a technology company. This role is 6 month contract position located in Austin, TX. Responsibilities: Provide licensing, project management, and administrative assistance to the legal team Support compliance specialists with general office tasks Manage and process state license applications Manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance React with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick response Proactively solve problems that affect the group and other related groups Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant Strong written and oral communication skills Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job Knowledge of Microsoft programs is essential Client-service oriented with great attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet tight deadlines and switch gears easily High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information Desired skills: Legal administrative experience Pay range: Up to $25.46 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
