DC Trainer Shift 1

Hours: 6am to 2:30pm Monday- Friday Our Mission: Enable everyone to affordably make their house a home Job Summary The Distribution Center Trainer is responsible for providing training to team members to safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities: * Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current team members * Works cartons and pallets throughout the Distribution Center * Receiving (unloading pallets and/or cartons) * Sorting cartons onto pallets * Loading (loading pallets onto outbound trailers) * Follow directions provided by Leads or Managers Qualifications & Competencies: * 1+ years warehousing or training experience * Ability to learn and train on various tasks required in a DC environment * Ability to work with others in a positive environment * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily * Ability to operate material handling equipment * Ability to lift 50 pounds required
