MIG Aluminum Welder

What You'll Do:Plan and Execute: Select the right tools and plan layouts, assemblies, and welding processes.Precision Welding: Lay out, position, align, and fit components together accurately.Secure Components: Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to hold them in position for welding.MIG Welding: Set up and use MIG welding equipment to weld aluminum parts with precision.Assembly Work: Assemble parts by bolting and riveting for durable, finished products.Repair and Restore: Dismantle, reshape, straighten, and reassemble products for repair.Collaborate and Adapt: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and meet production goals.Requirements:At least one year of professional welding experienceExperience with MIG aluminum weldingAbility to pass a weld test, background check, and drug testAbility to lift 50 to 100 lbs., stand for an entire shift and the ability to climb a step ladder.Shifts available are:Monday through Friday 7:30Am - 4:00PMMonday through Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30AM
