Automation QA Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills• Minimum of 10 years of experience in test automation.• Minimum 10 years of experience with enterprise level experience including support for large number of applications.• Knowledgeable on tools like Tosca, Selenium, UFT.• Expertise in creating & maintaining automation frameworks and scripts• Hands on experience setting up Jenkins pipelines and other CICD processes• Ability to multi-task effectively and test early, often and leveraging automation & DevOps implementation• Manage test data needs using TDM and automation• Prepare of test plan, test data, test cases, traceability and collaborate with members for test executions• Exposure to Accessibility Testing & Robotic Process Automation• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time• Experience in a Utility Company is an asset• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. Roles & Responsibilities• Design the automation strategy• Analyze industry trends to understand the latest automation Technologies• Strategize and create Automation suites• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior memberso Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and closed loop marketing (CLM)Salary Range $100,000-$140,000 yearTCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
