Here's what it takes to succeed with us. 2 years of experience Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and blueprints. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Responsibilities: Install and assemble interior and exterior components on buses, including doors, windows, seats, panels, and trim. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to ensure accurate installation. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for assembly and fitting tasks. Inspect completed installations for quality, fit, and finish. Make adjustments and alignments to ensure proper operation and appearance of installed parts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality standards.
