Gluer Operator Lead (Folding Carton) - 2nd ShiftSheboygan, WI (On-site)Take the lead-without leaving the machine.A well-established manufacturer in the printing/packaging industry is hiring an experienced Gluer Operator Lead for a hands-on, working-lead role in the Finishing Department. This is ideal for an experienced folding carton professional who wants more responsibility, influence, and stability-while still running equipment daily.Schedule (3-day weekends every week) Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:00 AMPay + Benefits $28.25-$29.75/hr base + $1.50/hr shift premium (total $29.75-$31.25/hr) Comprehensive benefits packageWhat You'll Do Set up, operate, and troubleshoot finishing and gluing equipment (folder-gluers, batch inverter, and HHS gluing systems) Serve as a working lead-run production while supporting safety, quality, and output goals Review factory tickets/job jackets to confirm specs, scheduling, and process flow Perform first-article checks and support QA procedures to ensure customer specifications are met Train, coach, and mentor operators, assistants, and inspectors/packers Maintain maintenance logs and coordinate repairs per training/OEM guidelines Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe finishing area; provide coverage as neededWhat We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in folding carton finishing (or related manufacturing) Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot gluer/finishing equipment Leadership mindset with coaching/team-building skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to read factory tickets, follow detailed instructions, and perform basic math Ability to stand/walk throughout shift and lift up to 40 lbs in a manufacturing environment (noise, PPE)Interested?Call Kristin at 920-684-8324 or email for immediate consideration: kkracaw@ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
