Key Responsibilities * Lead roadway design efforts for transportation infrastructure projects * Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff * Oversee project design, plan production, and quantity calculations * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project quality and timeliness * Support project management tasks and contribute to business development efforts Qualifications * 8+ years of roadway design experience, with an emphasis on corridor modeling * Professional Engineer (PE) license * Experience with SCDOT plan production and quantity calculations * Proficiency in MicroStation / GEOPAK (corridor modeling required) * Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) preferred * Broad experience in MOT, Drainage, PMP, and Signing is a plus #LI-JJ1
