This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working embedded within the HBKS team while leveraging corporate marketing resources to drive lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth.This is a unique opportunity to shape marketing strategy for a rapidly growing wealth management firm, work directly with executive leadership, and make an immediate, measurable impact on business results.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation (40%)Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive AUM growthDemonstrated track record of generating qualified leads with measurable conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition metrics in wealth management or financial servicesManage SEO/SEM strategies, paid advertising, and digital media campaignsOptimize website content, landing pages, and conversion funnels for lead captureImplement marketing automation and email nurture campaigns through HubSpotTrack and analyze digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendationsExecute social media strategies for firm and advisor personal brandingDevelop and manage seminar and webinar marketing programsAdvisor Support & Business Development (30%)Partner with HBKS Business Development Director Mike Baldovski on growth initiativesSupport individual advisor marketing and practice management needsCreate advisor marketing toolkits, templates, and resourcesDevelop and execute prospect engagement campaignsManage client referral programs and COI (Centers of Influence) marketingSupport advisor recruitment marketing initiativesCoordinate with HBKS leadership on strategic marketing prioritiesContent & Thought Leadership (15%)Develop wealth management content including blogs, articles, client communications, and newslettersCreate thought leadership content positioning HBKS advisors as industry expertsManage editorial calendar aligned with business development prioritiesProduce client-facing materials and presentationsCoordinate with corporate creative team on high-quality asset developmentClient Experience & Events (10%)Plan and execute client appreciation events and prospect engagement activitiesManage seminar and webinar logistics and promotionDevelop client communication strategies and campaignsSupport client retention and satisfaction initiativesCreate memorable touchpoints throughout the client journeyPerformance Tracking & Reporting (5%)Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiativesProvide monthly reporting on lead generation, campaign performance, and ROIConduct regular pipeline analysis and marketing attributionPresent quarterly business reviews to HBKS leadershipContinuously optimize strategies based on data and resultsRequired QualificationsExperience & Background7-10 years of marketing experience with demonstrated results in lead generation and growthWealth management or financial advisory marketing experience required - must demonstrate deep understanding of high-net-worth (HNW) client acquisition, advisor marketing, and wealth management business modelsProven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and measurable ROI in financial servicesExperience with marketing automation platforms required (HubSpot strongly preferred)Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyTechnical SkillsDigital marketing expertise: SEO/SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn), social media marketing, email marketing, with proven lead generation resultsMarketing automation: HubSpot or equivalent platform required (Marketo, Pardot, etc.) - HubSpot experience strongly preferredAnalytics and reporting: Google Analytics, marketing attribution, data analysis, and performance optimization with demonstrated ability to improve conversion ratesContent creation: Strong writing and storytelling skills for wealth management
