Depends on skills, qualifications, and being a cultural fitAdditional Compensation:Performance CommissionBonusesExperience:HVAC Installation: At least 2 years(Required)Pay Frequency:Weekly - EVERY FRIDAY!Education:High school or equivalentSchedule:Monday to FridayVery rarely weekends may be required - based on call volumeDuties:Install residential (Heat Pumps, AC's, Furnaces & Mini-splits).Knowledge of duct sizing principles and ductwork technique and able to replace ductwork from plans.Complete required checklists.Communicate with office staff/managers throughout the day as necessaryUse field service app and fill out a timesheet on a phone or company provided tabletInstall, maintain, modify and repair HVAC controls systems and associated equipmentEnsure good quality workmanship that upholds company standards, complies with relevant codes, and follows safety requirementsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
