Thread Roller Set Up/Operator - Cleveland, OH - Job 26-00088 Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm Responsible for the setup and operation of one or more thread rolling machines. Responsibilities: Knowledge of thread rolling operations and metal properties is required. Setup and maintain flat die thread rolling machines for green rolling or re-rolling to remove nicks. Read blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications and order requirements. Use gauges and measuring instruments to ensure parts conform to specifications. Set all tooling as required. Verify first-piece production dimensions against print specifications. Perform teardowns after job completion. Replace and reset thread roll dies as needed. Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
