We believe in partnering with others who share these values and understand their importance.Job DescriptionIn-Office Food & Beverage AssistantLocation: In-Office week-days, 5 days a weekDepartment: Operations / Workplace ExperiencePosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Assistant to support daily food, beverage, and kitchen operations within our office. This role ensures employees and guests have access to fresh coffee, stocked snacks, and well-maintained kitchen spaces throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and proactive in maintaining a welcoming office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoffee & Beverage ServiceOperate equipment and serve items in the cafeteria such as the juice bar, salad bar, soup station, including preparing juices, smoothies and coffee.Monitor and refill coffee machines, vending machineMaintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.Food & Snack ManagementReceive, organize, and stock snacks, pantry items, and beverages.Assist with food setup for meetings, events, and team lunches.Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs.Kitchen & Pantry MaintenanceMaintain clean and organized kitchen and pantry areas.Ensure dishwashers are loaded/unloaded and dishes are properly stored.Dispose of trash and recycling as needed.Vendor CoordinationAssist with receiving deliveries from catering, grocery, or coffee suppliers.Verify order accuracy and organize items in appropriate storage areas.Office HospitalitySupport meeting room refreshes with beverages and snacks.Ensure hospitality standards for employees and visiting guests.QualificationsPrevious experience in hospitality, food service, office support, or similar roles preferred.Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs (for deliveries and stocking).Excellent time management and reliability.Friendly, service-oriented attitude.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with coffee machines or basic barista skills.Experience managing office kitchens or pantry programs.Basic inventory tracking.Work EnvironmentIn-office role requiring standing, walking, and light lifting.Interaction with employees, vendors, and guests throughout the day.Compensation: $31 per hourDiversity, Equity & Inclusion at David YurmanAs a company founded by artists, David Yurman champions self-expression in everything we do.
