Job Position: Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Romeoville, ILPay Rate: $25.00/hrSchedule: Monday-Thursday In Office | Friday Hybrid (Work from Home) | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMTotal Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a growing distribution company in Romeoville, IL, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist professional to support daily A/R and collections activities!This is a performance to hire opportunity on the 1st shift. Monday - Thursday in office | Friday Only Hybrid (Work from Home) | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. The pay is $25.00/per hour.The Accounts Receivable Specialist focuses on managing outstanding balances, processing payments, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate financial records.Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Responsibilities:Contact customers regarding outstanding account balances.Coordinate credit hold releases and respond to A/R inquiries.Review and reconcile short payments and customer deductions.Process and apply cash and credit card payments to open invoices.Process credit/debit memos and vendor chargebacks.Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments.Provide backup support for other A/R team members as needed.Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including collections and dispute resolution.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10-key.Ability to make independent credit decisions based on company guidelines.Strong communication and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.We Offer:Medical InsuranceLife InsuranceReferral BonusesHoliday PayIL Paid Leave...and much more!Apply today and join a team where your accounting skills truly make an impact!Associates may report hazards or concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by calling the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or emailing Staffing and QFS do not provide transportation or meals during assignments.
