Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly. Support food preparation tasks by assisting with basic kitchen duties as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper disposal of waste. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Experience Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling practices is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues. Willingness to learn about kitchen operations, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards. Experience in banquet or catering environments can be an advantage but is not mandatory.
