AboutGantri is building the digital manufacturer for design. We combine software, advanced materials, and local digital factories to produce high-design lighting and furniture on demand. Our mission is to unlock creativity at scale while building a cleaner, more responsive manufacturing system. We are moving from a design-led DTC brand into a broader platform serving designers, brands, and the architecture & interiors community.RoleWe are hiring a Director of Brand Marketing to define and scale Gantri's brand as we expand across DTC and B2B. You will shape how Gantri shows up culturally, commercially, and strategically - translating our digital manufacturing thesis into a design-forward, premium, innovation-led brand. This role collaborates deeply with Creative, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product. You will sit at the center of narrative, ensuring brand clarity and consistency as the company scales. This role reports directly to the CEO.ResponsibilitiesBrand positioning & narrative clarityEvolve Gantri's brand positioning as we scale Gantri MadeClarify messaging across: DTC design customersTrade / specifiersBrand partnersTranslate complex technology into emotionally resonant storytellingBuild a clear messaging hierarchy and brand playbookIntegrated launch strategyLead brand strategy for product launches and platform initiativesPartner with Product and Creative to shape go-to-market narrativesEnsure every launch feels intentional, premium, and culturally relevantBuild repeatable launch frameworks (drop mentality, fashion calendar discipline)Cultural relevance & communityDevelop partnerships with designers, tastemakers, and collaboratorsShape Gantri's presence at trade shows, design fairs, and key eventsElevate Gantri's brand perception in the architecture & interiors communityDrive PR strategy and thought leadershipBrand x Growth alignmentPartner closely with Growth Marketing to ensure brand and performance reinforce each otherImprove top-of-funnel awareness and brand searchDefine brand KPIs and measure long-term brand equityCross-functional collaborationWork tightly with: Creative (visual expression)Sales (trade narrative, decks, positioning tools)Product (roadmap storytelling)Growth (campaign execution)Ensure brand consistency across website, sales materials, retail, and partnershipsRequirements8-12+ years in brand marketing during rapid growthExperience at a high-growth, design-forward fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brandProven track record scaling brand during periods of rapid growthExperience working across DTC and wholesale/trade environments preferredExceptional taste and strong point of viewStrategic clarity - can define positioning, not just execute campaignsAbility to translate innovation into desireStrong operator who can ship quicklyDeep understanding of cultural timing and brand momentumComfortable in a founder-led, fast-moving environmentExperience working with physical productsWhat Success Looks Like (in the first 12 - 18 months)A clear, category-defining brand positioning - Gantri's evolution from a design-led DTC brand to a digital manufacturing platform is clearly articulated and codified.
