**Description:** **What You Will Be Doing** As a Production Control Associate Manager supporting the F/-16 program in Greenville, SC, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for driving the planning, scheduling, and material flow necessary to keep aircraft production moving forward/. This role is critical to ensuring that production milestones are met on time and within scope, while continuously improving efficiency and performance/. You will collaborate across production, supply chain, and program leadership to implement strategic initiatives, resolve challenges, and ensure your team is equipped for success/. Greenville, SC This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville/. **Basic Qualifications:** - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills - Production and/or Production Control Experience - Previous Leadership Experience - Experience with Lean Concepts **Desired Skills:** - Experience with Microsoft Office tools - Strong background in all processes of Business Operations - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written - Candidate willing and able to engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions - Risk identification and management experience - Experience in bid, proposal and estimating practices, and capital budget - Previous Leadership experience for both Salaried and Represented employees - Experience in MRP Planning - Experience Production scheduling - Experience with the Supply Chain Management process - Inventory Management Experience - Requirements and Bill of Material /(BOM/) interpretation - Experience with SAP /*Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 7 years of professional experience, 4 years of professional experience with a Masters degree, or 10 years experience without a Bachelors degree /*Experience working with minimal Oversight **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
