Commercial Contracts Manager

A company is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the full quote-to-contract lifecycle, ensuring pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and efficient deal execution. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align commercial strategy with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage pricing models, quotes, and commercial proposals. * Oversee the full contract lifecycle from quote through execution and renewal. * Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. * Analyze pricing and contract performance to identify optimization opportunities. * Improve quote-to-contract processes, including workflow efficiency and system enhancements. * Coordinate across departments to align pricing, terms, and deliverables. * Support internal teams with contract guidance, training, and best practices. * Build reporting tools and dashboards to track contract metrics and profitability.
