We offer perks designed to make your work experience rewarding and enjoyable:Paid Time Off (PTO), available after 90 days, with annual cash-out optionsPaid Lunch Breaks and a Complimentary Employee Meal during your shiftEmployee Events, a comfortable break area, and our Employee Loyalty ProgramAffordable medical, dental, and vision insurance Food & Beverage SupervisorUnder the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager, this position assists in supervising the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operations.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Train and guide staff to maintain service standardsProvide direction and assign tasks to front-line employeesMaintain knowledge of the full menu, specials, and restaurant promotionsEnsure guest satisfaction and resolve disputes or complaints promptlyCommunicate work-related issues to management, including employee relations, performance, facility, or safety concernsAssist front-of-house staff with seating guests, clearing tables, ringing out guests, setting tables, and taking drink ordersEnsure quality of ingredients, preparation, presentation, and correct food temperaturesMaintain cleanliness and organization of server stationsAssist the Food and Beverage Manager in resolving employee disputesSupport sanitation and appearance standards in all front-of-house areasModel and ensure excellent guest service at all timesAssist with product ordering as neededTake, place, and deliver food and beverage orders as necessaryProvide coverage for front-of-house staff in case of calloutsAssist with restaurant scheduling; must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Review guest comment cards and report results to managementRotate server stations and assign early outs fairly and consistentlyPerform additional duties as requested by managementRequirements High School Diploma or equivalent work experienceMust possess and maintain the following certifications: Nevada Gaming RegistrationTAM CardSouthern Nevada Food Handler CardMust be at least 21 years of age
