The hours are 11pm-7am Monday through Friday. Join our team and be part of something great!Job Summary:As an entry-level Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production of plastic components through the operation of injection molding machines. This position involves hands on work, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and product quality.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Operate injection molding machines manually and/or automaticallyPerform finishing and trimming of molded parts to specificationConduct basic part inspections for defects or quality issuesComplete required production and inspection paperwork accuratelyMaintain cleanliness of work areasFollow all safety procedures and company policiesPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leadersQualificationsHigh attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksMust be safety conscious and reliableEducation: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the hiring manager.
