Technicians perform content cleaning labor on-site or pack and move belongings to the warehouse for detailed restoration and/or storage. Responsibilities: Completion of contents restoration tasks based on work orders to include, but not limited to: Cleaning/ packing of all household items/furniture that pertain to the damaged area Boxing up/ moving belongings/ furniture on-site or to our cleaning/storage facilities Taking accurate inventory/photo documentation of all items Cleaning the vicinity of the damaged area for reconstruction (remodeling/repairs) Professional cleaning, deodorizing, repair of all household items/furniture Required Qualifications: Can lift over 30 lbs. Bending, lifting, kneeling, and twisting Experience in cleaning - a plus! Communicate well within the team Professionalism and integrity is appreciated and expected Must pass background check Must have valid driver's license Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to learn (we like to train our technicians so they can grow with us!) Some Saturdays required during busy seasons This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
