The starting hourly pay may convert to an increased salary once you meet conditions including training, performance, and time in your role. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.Be ready to:answer and return phone calls from agencies, policyholders, and Cincinnati associates in a timely and courteous mannerdocument all accounts with respect to phone conversations, emails and other correspondence or actions taken on an accountmonitor and respond to e-mails and voice mails received in the various corporate billing mailboxes in a timely and professional mannerprocess daily billing tasksreview of accounts requesting reinstatement and forwarding information to underwriting, accounting and Policyholder Servicesreview of payments received in billing, documenting accounts and forwarding the payments received to accountingreview of billing fees including installment fees, late fees, reinstatement fees, and non-sufficient funds feesreview daily billing reportsresearch account under/over payments, stop payments, pending cancellations and billing suspensionsassist with account bill set up and online enrollmentBe equipped with:a passion for success through positive words, actions and behaviorsthe ability to work with difficult or upset customers in a courteous and professional mannerself-starter who assumes additional tasks and responsibilities without being askedthe ability to work independentlyclear, concise and accurate written and verbal communicationwillingness to work overtime as neededqualified candidates are available to work 40 hours a week: multiple shift options with shifts ending at 6pmBring experience and education from:a high school diploma (required)demonstrated success in a customer service role (preferred)resolving issues through research and communication (preferred)Enhance your talentsProviding outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
