Sr. VIP Account Manager

Join our team as an Account Manager for our Showroom VIP department. This role involves managing accounts within our highly trafficked showroom, frequented by celebrities, stylists, influencers, and tastemakers across various industries including fashion, beauty, health, and wellness, with a focus on sustainability.Responsibilities:Identify brand targets for gifting through showroom appointments or send-outs.Manage stylist sample requests, online orders, and showroom inventory.Monitor social media and photo agency sites for placements and share relevant content with clients.Maintain ongoing reporting for clients, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis.Assist with showroom tasks such as unpacking shipments and restocking inventory.Requirements:Established network of celebrity contacts, personal assistants, stylists, and talent publicists & managers.3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed objectives.Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Slides, Canva, Instagram, & TikTok.
