Night Shift Feed Mill Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: TDM Farms, the hog production division of Hog Slat, Incorporated, is seeking a dynamic individual with previous Feed Mill experience, to fill the role of our Night Shift Feed Mill Supervisor (10p-10a). The primary responsibilities of this role will be to coordinate and manage the overall feed mill operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change. Learn to make the different formulas of feed that TDM distributes to local TDM farms. Maintaining the micro table and roller mill. Completing micro testing when needed. Transferring of corn Completing the feed and driver lineup Oversee 2 other nighttime employeesSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:The best candidates for the Nighttime Feed Mill Supervisor position at Hog Slat will have all the following previous experiences.
