Manufacturing Engineer 2

Roles & ResponsibilitiesClassify products/parts for international shipping and customs compliance.Implement and support new/existing product changes via the ECO process.Improve and maintain manufacturing process instructions (MPIs).Lead Lean initiatives: cell layout, replenishment, 5S, standard work, visual management, and quality improvements.Maintain BOMs and Kanban systems for accurate part usage and availability.Support continuous improvement in manufacturing quality.Experience Required1-2 years of related work experience with a BS degree.3-5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Skills & CertificationsStrong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.Effective verbal and written communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SolidWorks experience is a plus.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to manufacturing demands.Detail-oriented, independent, and team-oriented.Eligibilities & qualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.Experience in manufacturing processes, Lean principles, and logistics.Ability to work in high-demand situations and collaborate across teams.
