Roles & ResponsibilitiesDocument complaint samples received in the Field Assurance Lab for evaluation.Support daily requests for domestic and international sample return kits, ensuring timely shipping and maintaining tracking documentation.Manage the assembly, warehouse pickup, and drop-off of sample return kits.Track shipping inventory and order supplies through approved vendors.Oversee and process image/video review requests, running queries in TrackWise, maintaining trackers, and ensuring timely processing.Ensure good documentation practices (GDP) when recording preliminary and sample analysis results.Escalate unexpected issues to the Supervisor/Manager.Maintain a clean working environment and follow good laboratory practices (GLP).Store and dispose of complaint samples per applicable procedures.Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.Support continuous improvement of lab processes.Follow procedures and regulatory requirements.Experience RequiredPrevious experience working in a clean room environment or in a lab is preferred.Experience with shipping and warehouse operations, particularly with the FedEx shipping system, is desirable.Experience in the medical industry (GMP) or laboratory work is preferred.Skills & CertificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with basic problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Proficiency in MS Office.Knowledge of the FedEx shipping system is preferred.Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.Familiarity with biosafety, good laboratory practices, and GDP.Eligibilities & qualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experience.Knowledge of the FedEx shipping system.Previous warehouse experience.Experience in the medical industry (GMP) or in a laboratory setting.
