Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop training programs for hybrid delivery (virtual and in-person).Create e-learning modules and multimedia content using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Captivate.Manage and maintain content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).Conduct learning needs assessments and recommend targeted training solutions.Evaluate program effectiveness through data and feedback.Collaborate with subject matter experts to align learning objectives with business goals.Ensure compliance with ADA, EEO, and regulatory standards.Apply adult learning principles and inclusive teaching methods.Develop dashboards to monitor Medical Affairs QMS performance metrics.Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or adult learning.Experience in the medical device or regulated industry preferred.Prior exposure to e-learning design and LMS administration required.Skills & CertificationsProficiency in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's taxonomy).Skilled in e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS platforms.Strong multimedia development and project management skills.Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication abilities.Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate learning outcomes and performance metrics.Eligibilities & qualificationsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or related field.PMP certification is a plus.
