Job Title: ETL Developer Location: Washington DC Tax Term (W2, C2C): W2 Job Type (Permanent/Contract) : Contract Duration: 10+ months Description: An Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Federal G-Invoicing Technical Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting the technical integrations and EBS extensions required to connect an agency s Oracle EBS environment to the U.S. Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service G-Invoicing platform for intragovernmental transactions (IGT). The role translates Treasury and agency requirements into technical designs and delivers outbound/inbound interface processing across the full G-Invoicing lifecycle General Terms & Conditions (GT&C), Orders, Performance/Receiving, and Invoices including message generation, transformations, data mapping, validations, acknowledgements, error handling, and reconciliation back to EBS financials (e.g., Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and General Ledger impacts as applicable). Typical responsibilities include developing and troubleshooting PL/SQL, EBS interfaces/APIs, concurrent programs, BI Publisher/XML artifacts as needed, and middleware/integration components (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite/Oracle Integration patterns, web services, file-based exchanges) to meet G-Invoicing interface specifications; implementing monitoring and audit-ready logging; supporting test cycles and cutovers; and resolving production defects while adhering to federal security and compliance expectations (e.g., controls, traceability, and ATO/FISMA-aligned practices). Success in this role requires strong knowledge of Oracle EBS data model and integrations, a disciplined approach to data quality and exception management, and the ability to collaborate with functional finance stakeholders, integration teams, and external partners to ensure timely, compliant IGT processing through G-Invoicing Required Skills: ETL, Oracle EBS, SQl, PL/SQL.
