INTRODUCTION:The Archbishop is the visible principle and foundation of unity in the particular Church entrusted to him. In a unique and visible way, he makes Christ's mission present and enduring as Shepherd of the Christian Community. In order to fulfill his mission, the Archbishop employs suitable, chosen collaborators (clerics, religious, or lay people). He shares with them the apostolic mission and entrusts various responsibilities to them. Each position employed in the Chancery helps to extend the ministry of the Archbishop in particular ways as outlined in the position description. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Support & Governance Support program leadership with oversight of ParishStaq migration execution. Monitor risks, support mitigation planning, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide governance standards. Partner with vendors to ensure accountability and timely issue resolution.2. Training, Change Management & Adoption Assurance In conjunction with the team, develop and deliver training for parish and Chancery staff to ensure consistent and accurate use of ParishStaq tools. Reduce rework and avoidable support requests through proactive education and change management. Drive adoption outcomes that protect the Archdiocese's ROI and overall system health.3. Chancery Workflow Readiness & Cross-Department Coordination Coordinate communication across Chancery departments to ensure readiness for ParishStaq-related workflow changes. Align internal operations and functional processes with system capabilities and project timelines.4. Support Operations (Parish & Chancery) Serve as the primary helpdesk resource for ParishStaq operational support. Triage and resolve issues, escalating to vendors when needed. Maintain operational continuity and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to parishes.5. Migration Execution & Parish Accompaniment Support the predictable and controlled execution of ParishStaq Partners Tech migrations. Accompany parish staff through migration steps, reducing disruption and maintaining confidence. Monitor migration progress and flag risks requiring leadership attention.6. Data Quality, ETL, QA & Technical Enablement Ensure accuracy and integrity of ParishStaq data, including donor, giving, and sacramental records. Oversee processes for cleaning, standardizing, and migrating data. Safeguard the integrity of parish giving statements, especially during migration cycles. Support the creation and delivery of dashboards tracking migration health, adoption metrics, and data quality. Enhance audit readiness and support long-term reporting reliability.Teamwork: In partnership with the PES Team, planning, coordinating, and executing ongoing training opportunities. Attend team meetings (weekly) and Advisory Council meetings (quarterly), and report on progress of training opportunities. Collaborate with PES Team on communications plans and submit regular updates. Support cybersecurity, data integrity, and best practices in ParishStaq usage.Qualifications Willingness and ability to support the mission of the Church by extending the ministry of the archbishop. Ability and desire to use God-given gifts and talents in the service of the local Church in support of the collaboration between lay and ordained Ministers. Experience with ParishStaq, ChMS platforms, or digital giving systems preferred. Strong background in IT support, training, data quality, or system administration. Ability to manage complex workflows and support multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication, customer service, and change management skills. Comfort working with data quality, ETL processes, and accuracy verification.
