Maintenance is responsible for the daily upkeep of the facility. The responsibilities of maintenance include, but are not limited to, mowing of grass, trimming in and around the facility, vacuuming pool bottom, emptying trash, watering grass and plants, cleaning dressing rooms, testing, and recording pool chemicals.GENERAL DUTIESMow grass and trim in and around the facilityWeed shrub bedsEmpty trash receptaclesVacuum bottom of poolClean dressing areas, including showers and restroomsChange screens in pump houseTest and record pool chemicalsCheck sand play area and volleyball courts; rake if necessaryPick litter (facility, perimeter and parking lot)Inspect All Children's Playground equipment weekly. Complete checklistEmpty trash receptacles in All Children's PlaygroundOther duties as assigned by Facility ManagerQUALIFICATIONSPreferred: Pool maintenance experience, but not required Maintenance experience preferred KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSThorough knowledge and skill in the use of lawn mower, pool vacuum, and weed eaterAbility to accept, understand and follow written and verbal instructionAbility to work independentlyAbility to perform facility and grounds maintenance tasksThis job is for approximately 16 weeks, 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 5am - 11amMay 30- August 30 (Approximately)Part time employees working over 1,560 per year are eligible for health and dental insurance at 50% of the premium. They are eligible for hours of accumulation for sick leave and vacation pay based on total hours worked in the previous calendar year.
