Safety Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Field Oversight: Conduct site walks to identify and mitigate hazards in real-time.High-Risk Review: Manage safety protocols for fall protection, heavy lifts, trenching, confined spaces, and energized work.Execution: Ensure JSA's, toolbox talks, and permits are high-quality and actively followed-not just "paperwork exercises."Compliance: Keep projects aligned with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and specific client requirements.Documentation & Training: Track training competencies and lead incident investigations with a focus on meaningful corrective actions.What We Require:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated safety supervision experience in the field.Certification: Current OSHA 30 (Construction or General Industry) and valid First Aid/CPR.Integrity: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen prior to hire.Travel: Flexibility to work on project sites across the United States.Why One Way Safety?We believe a safety program only works if it works in the real world.
