You have 5+ years of relevant experience, with minimum 4 years at a leading CPG company in brand, commercial or finance role, top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in an internal strategy and planning team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Economics (or related discipline); MBA preferredProven track record of uncovering opportunities by leveraging data, market insights and competitive intelligence to guide specific actions and business decisions Strong business & financial acumen and strategic mindset, with an ability to think across a broad system, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment with complex stakeholders while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills- adept at simplifying complexity into plain, powerful messages and crisp, succinct storylines and presentations A trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you have strong influencing skills and the ability to partner with teams across levels, including the ability to constructively challenge the status quoA demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end project management of complex cross-functional initiatives in a structured, collaborative way
