Title: ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM Developer Location : Philadelphia, PA (Onsite from Day 1)Roles and Responsibilities:• Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.• Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.• Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.Technical Skills:• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.• Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
