Ability to interpret business requirements and interact with business unit customers.3. Ability to factor business environment and culture into design and to participate in business change management activities.4. Must have the ability to work effectively with the SAP development and basis team to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to complex business requirements.5. Proven ability to lead process workshops, deliver process decomposition and system design.6. Proven ability to develop functional and technical specifications from user requirements.7. Excellent writing, editing, communications, organizational and decision making skills.8. Experience in writing and executing solution test plans.9. Experience developing, implementing and executing training for new functionality and processes.10. SAP S/4 Hana experience- must be deep hands on experience.11.
