The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and PEGA technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. BFSI domain exposure is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Translate business needs into PEGA functional specifications and user stories. - Collaborate with PEGA architects and developers on case types, workflows, and rules. - Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. - Support UAT, production readiness, and post-implementation activities. - Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards. - Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications - 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Business Analyst background. - Hands-on experience as a PEGA Business Analyst. - Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, case management, and workflows. - Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have - Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain. - Experience working in large enterprise or regulatory environments. - Exposure to onshore-offshore delivery models.TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
