Your Skills High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of facilities maintenance or building trade experience Hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial facilities, construction, landscaping, or janitorial services Trade certifications or related technical training The Day to Day Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks for commercial buildings and facility systems Complete minor plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures Conduct basic electrical maintenance, including replacing outlets, switches, lighting components, and ballasts Perform carpentry, drywall, and painting work to maintain building appearance and functionality Conduct facility and asset inspections and report findings Accurately document work orders, service reports, and inspection details using mobile technology and tablets Maintain clear communication with clients and internal support teams to ensure service quality Order and manage materials required to complete maintenance tasks Provide estimates for larger repair or maintenance projects when needed Follow all safety procedures, training requirements, and compliance standards Your Rewards Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
