Opportunity DetailsFull Time Manufacturing Specialist Manufacturing Specialist JOB-10046181 Anticipated Start Date April 6, 2026 Location Austin, TX Type of Employment Contract Hire Employer Info Our new client operates two large-scale advanced manufacturing facilities in Central Texas. These sites support 24/7 production of highly specialized technology components used across multiple industries. The campuses include clean-room environments, engineering labs, and high-volume production lines that require a diverse, skilled workforce. Job Summary The Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for supporting wafer fabrication processes in a highly controlled production environment. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing tools, systems, and products, along with strict adherence to security, health, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and able to work effectively in a cleanroom setting. Job Description Monitor, evaluate, and interact with computerized manufacturing equipment and software systems Identify, communicate, and help resolve issues that may impact manufacturing performance Perform extended periods of computer-based work, with occasional physical activity such as walking and light lifting Follow strict operational protocols and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance Wear cleanroom protective equipment (cleanroom suit) for extended periods Collaborate with team members to support production goals and maintain workflow efficiency Skills Required Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred Relevant technical or manufacturing experience is an asset Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software systems Comfortable working with automated and computerized manufacturing tools Excellent communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities High attention to detail and adherence to procedures Education High school diploma or GED required Additional Requirements Shift ( Night): 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (includes weekend work) Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug scre ening Pay rate $23.20 per hour (Compensation is offered range based on experience, skills, and market factors) HirePower Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
